Uma arora is the founder of idam learning, an organization committed to working with individuals and enterprises to create learning opportunities in the domain of change, adaptability, personal growth and leadership. Uma has rich experience in leading high performing teams in the area of Education, Information technology, Academic Testing and Business process Outsourcing Organisations. Her passion for people development led her to switch roles from business to education and training. She is also an accredited MBTI Trainer. Drawing upon her rich experience in the areas of business management, psychological testing and education, IT training and sales, she brings an interdisciplinary and result oriented approach to training.

Gagan Adlakha

Partner at Vyaktitva, a product of XLRI 1990, Gagan joined NIIT right after campus and believe it or not, in these job hopping times, thrived there for 14 long years. Though to be honest he did his share of job hopping within NIIT - getting to experience not only all facets of HR but also taking on business responsibilities. Unlike so many of us who get stuck into our comfort zones, he moved his cheese and opted for a regional business head role for NIIT Planetworkz focusing on providing the BPO industry with recruitment and training solutions. As an associate with Vyaktitva, his diverse experience enables him to bring to any assignment a penchant for making HR more business and bottom line oriented. Having focused on processes, Gagan doesn't believe in one-time interventions but rather in enshrining learning's for long-term business impact.
