Current Opening: Senior Search Consultant

Key Result Areas

  • Manage a team of Search Consultants and Research consultants to meet quarterly revenue targets as mutually agreed
  • Understand the requirements of clients, the organization and the industry in detail, develop job descriptions where required
  • Plan the search by developing assignment specific sourcing strategies
  • Use various databases and sourcing tools to map and identify a set of potential candidates for the assignments
  • Assess and shortlist suitable candidates for the assignment
  • Engage with clients to negotiate, align, and close the position within specified timeframe
  • Optimize business from an account and manage at least three independent accounts at any point of time

Business Development

This role involves mapping of the market to identify growth opportunities followed with proposing and negotiating contracts/deals with potential clients. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing & implementing Brand Communication strategies, client engagement, optimizing revenue mix based on the mission & goals of the organization, & leveraging and optimizing existing clients’ accounts. Knowledge about recent industry trends is a must.


Operations

The credit of Approach’s success also goes to its strong operations team which is responsible for knowledge management, design and implementation of policies, enabling the effective use of performance management system, employee engagement, as well as implementing rewards and recognition programs for the team.
