Key Result Areas

  • Setting the business and P&L strategy for the Consulting Practice.
  • Developing the market by leveraging existing relationships and building new ones.
  • Putting together a distribution network of its products.
  • Building partnerships for delivery of its solutions and products.
  • Organizing and leading events, seminars, training programs and other such forums to establish the products in the market.
  • Building internal capability to deliver solutions to our clients as well development of new products.
  • Participating in conferences, writing in journals to create visibility.
  • Creating marketing collateral and direct marketing programs.

Competences

  • 6-10 yrs of experience in HRD or BD (with exposure to HRD)

Senior Search Consultant

Key Result Areas

  • Manage a team of Search Consultants and Research consultants to meet quarterly revenue targets as mutually agreed
  • Understand the requirements of clients, the organization and the industry in detail, develop job descriptions where required
  • Plan the search by developing assignment specific sourcing strategies
  • Use various databases and sourcing tools to map and identify a set of potential candidates for the assignments
  • Assess and shortlist suitable candidates for the assignment
  • Engage with clients to negotiate, align, and close the position within specified timeframe
  • Optimize business from an account and manage at least three independent accounts at any point of time

Other Opportunities with Approach

Business Development

This role involves mapping of the market to identify growth opportunities followed with proposing and negotiating contracts/deals with potential clients. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing & implementing Brand Communication strategies, client engagement, optimizing revenue mix based on the mission & goals of the organization, & leveraging and optimizing existing clients’ accounts. Knowledge about recent industry trends is a must.
