About Facet 5:
Facet 5 is a widely accepted "Big 5" personality assessment tool used over 30 countries. It is the most detailed and accurate tool available. Facet 5 combines modern design, construction and appearance, ease with flexibility of use, and reasonable cost. Based on recent developments in personality theory and management development, it is simple and practical to use. Facet5's theoretical and psychometric integrity is superior to other mainstream, but now dated, personality questionnaire.

The Program:
The Program will bring together HR professionals from the industry and OD Consultants, who are involved in any change initiative or who are managing people in the highly competitive environment.
Part 1 covers the basics of Facet 5 and its application to key areas of management development. This section also covers the background of Facet 5 and focuses on the interaction effects of the 5 factors with special emphasis on unusual combinations.
Part 2 covers the application of Facet5 to specific human resources issues. Using real data we build the model from initial introduction of the person through their integration to a team, their management and longer term development. The program is interactive and uses real data and situations. In this manner participants develop skills quickly which are immediately applicable.
Each program is limited to 10 participants, as each program includes participative exercises, individual work and discussion sessions which ensure that each person is able to learn in their most effective way.
