Gauri has been extensively quoted in major business dailies like Mint on Recruitment and Talent acquisition issues. She is also associated and is an active member of professional organizations like NHRD, TiE and Executive Recruiters Association (ERA). She has been awarded as the “Best Chapter Convener” for ERA for Delhi chapter for the year 2007-2008. While building organizational capability her efforts are focussed on collaborating globally, adding coaching skills to herself and taking up social causes actively. The 13 year old strong foundation on which Approach International has firmly stood has been established by Ms. Gauri Sarin. Gauri an alumnus of XLRI had in her relatively brief corporate career, worked with reputed organizations like ANZ Grindlays bank and CMC. During her stint with these organizations she gained experience and contributed in areas of Organizational Development, Training design & facilitation, Performance Management, Hay Evaluation, senior management Succession Planning and company wide Competency Mapping. She also has certifications in MBTI & DISC. At a very young stage of her career she took up the challenge of establishing an organization driven by “Passion for People” in the area of talent acquisition.
