use the following methods in executive search based on our clients’
needs :
Databank Search : We have a large databank, built over time, of
candidates with strong professional backgrounds and diverse experience.
Sourcing : This is based on ongoing research which helps us to
develop lists of target candidates from relevant organizations. This
allows us to directly approach potential candidates to discuss a possible
opportunity.
Referencing : Due to our experience in the area of search, we have
developed an active network of contacts and references, who refer names of
outstanding professionals to us.

Methodology
Assessment
To save a client’s time, we only present candidates who have been
screened by us, fit the position brief and have expressed interest and
willingness to discuss the opportunity at hand. Also, if required, we can
conduct a detailed reference check on the short-listed candidate based on
parameters specified by the client.
Retainer
If engaged to fill a specific position on an exclusive retainer basis, we
would present a shortlist of three to five thoroughly screened candidates
with a short report on our assessment on the candidates, within the agreed
stipulated timeframe.
Sub-contracting /Turn key
We also have requisite strengths to conduct a recruitment exercise on a
larger scale on a sub-contracting basis if and when required to, through
the medium of professional advertising. Terms for this would obviously
differ from those mentioned below.
